4075km since last full service (Birmingham, October 2025)

Clean & visual inspection ✅

Bolt / torque check ❌

S&S coupling check ✅

Spoke tension check ❌

Tyre and sealant check ✅

• Swapped tyres front to rear to even out wear (new Orange Seal Endurance sealant all round)

Brake check ✅

• Front rotors and pads replaced on both bikes
• Beck’s rear rotor and pads replaced (Sam’s rear rotor was replaced ~3000km ago)
• Burped Beck’s rear brake (test…may need bleeding)

Check for play (BB / hubs etc) ✅

Move EBB and seat post ❌

Other tweaks ✅

• Properly tightened Sam’s mini Rohloff bolt by taking rear rotor off
• Fitted Sam’s new saddle 🤞🏼

Notes for next time

• Rohloff oil change in Laayoune
• Fetch spare tyre from bike shop in Tan-Tan
